Lance Fors received a BA from UC Berkeley and a PhD from the California Institute of Technology in Molecular Biology. Lance was Founder and CEO of Third Wave Technologies, a biotechnology company focused on early detection and treatment of cancers. After selling Third Wave, he now focuses on empowering social entrepreneurs by acting as a thought partner and mentor to organisations at inflection points in their development. Lance was also an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award recipient.
