Laura is the Chief Financial Officer at Fundación Capital and heads the administrative and financial procedures of the organization and its projects. She played an important role in the early days establishing and consolidating the various Fundación Capital offices and has been involved in expansion as well as human talent management. Before joining Fundación Capital, she worked on development projects for an international program for Afro-Latin American communities in five countries and at a financial institution in Colombia. Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and finance from the Externado University of Colombia and a master's in business management from ISEAD.
