Laura has worked for Instituto Dara (formerly Associação Saúde Criança) since 2001 where she created the Legal Program and contributed to ASC’s governance, sustainability and expansion. She also worked the IFC, World Bank managing climate change funds to unlock new business in developing countries. Previously she worked in both the public and the private sector in Brazil and the UK. Laura was selected as a UNESCO’s Future Leaders Fellow, and holds a Law degree from the PUC Rio de Janeiro and a Master in Development Management from the London School of Economics.
