Lennie Kyomuhangi Bazira

Biography

Dr Lennie Kyomuhangi Bazira is a Senior Global Health Executive with an MPH/Health Economics; PG/Diploma in Human Resources Management and a bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery. Her work experience spans various disciplines including project and country programs leadership and management, work with various multilateral and bilateral donors, Foreign Governments, Corporates and Philanthropies/Foundations), multi country coordination plus government relationship management. Lennie has held various positions from heading a dental department in a Military referral hospital in Uganda to Interim CEO of Amref Health Africa in Kenya. Lennie currently works with the Community Health Impact Coalition (CHIC) secretariat as the 1st Policy Director. Her role is to lead on translating research and global-level advocacy wins into country-level ProCHWs policy change. Before joining CHIC, Lennie led the CHW program design for the Mastercard Foundation as the Lead for Health Employment.
