I am the Executive Director of Gram Vikas, a leading community development organisation in Odisha. For nearly 30 years, I have led transformative work in water and sanitation, natural resource management, livelihoods, migration, local governance, and disaster resilience. My experience spans grassroots action and policy engagement, including with the Government of Kerala, the National Rural Livelihood Mission, and the United Nations Development Programme. I contribute to programme design and strategic thinking across civil society and government systems at both state and national levels. I am an alumnus of the Institute of Rural Management, Anand.
