Lucy is the Director of Social Innovation at Teach For All. She leads the strategy to inspire, incubate and accelerate the pipeline of social entrepreneurs and innovations emerging from the Teach For All alumni community, which are focused on improving education, support and opportunities for children around the world so that they can shape a better future for themselves and all of us.
Prior to this role, she was a founding member of the Teach First Innovation Unit where she was in charge of designing and delivering the strategy to inspire new innovations and to support early-stage innovations develop into sustainable, impactful social enterprises.
She is a Policy Fellow at the Department for Education and a Teach First ambassador. She taught secondary politics and humanities in a secondary school in Birmingham UK.
