Luize Guimarães Scherer Navarro is the co-founder and CEO of MUVA, a social agency founded in Mozambique dedicated to breaking down barriers to female economic empowerment and youth employment. With over 15 years of experience in the development sector, Luize is recognized globally for her leadership in creating innovative, scalable solutions for marginalized communities. She has a proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects across Africa, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Under her leadership, MUVA has flourished as a pioneering program funded by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), known for its bold approach to gender equality and youth employment.
