Biography
Lyndsay Holley Handler has over 21 years of experience building, leading, and investing in high-impact businesses in Africa. Currently, Lyndsay is the Founder & Managing Partner of Delta40, a venture capital group and venture studio investing in and scaling Africa’s most innovative climate ventures. Lyndsay is also a Board Director for SunFi, PowerUp and Giraffe Bioenergy and an Operating Partner at Equator, a $50M climate fund.
Before this, Lyndsay was CEO of Fenix International, a clean energy company that delivered life changing products to 5 million customers in 9 countries across Africa with over 1,000 employees. In 2018, ENGIE acquired Fenix and Lyndsay worked with ENGIE to further scale their business.
Lyndsay has a BA from Stanford University and is the recipient of the Haas Center for Public Service Award & the MTN Outstanding Innovation Award. Lyndsay lives in Kenya with her husband and two children where they love to hike, bike and kayak.
