Manushi Yadav (she/her) is the Director of Global Strategy and Partnerships at Pratham USA, where she leads the global institutional strategy and partnerships for the Pratham network – driving positioning, partnerships, and financing to scale Pratham’s innovations globally. Over the past decade, Manushi has led and guided teams in India and the US across operations, programs, government scale up, donor and partner management, and played a key role in shaping Pratham’s internal strategy. She has worked closely with funders, multilateral institutions, and governments to build long-term collaborations rooted in local context and community ownership.
Passionate about strengthening nonprofit resilience through investment in talent, innovation, and adaptive financing models, Manushi advises several Chicago-area nonprofits and emerging ventures on internal strategy, stakeholder management, and business development.
