Marcia Ashong-Sam is the Founder and CEO of TheBoardroom Africa, an innov platform that integrates leadership talent acquisition and development to drive impactful business outcomes. Leveraging advanced technology and a human-centric approach, the platform empowers organisations with transformative leaders and career solutions.

A lawyer by training and former energy industry executive, Marcia has held leadership roles across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She is an Eisenhower Global Fellow and Archbishop Desmond Tutu Leadership Fellow. Recognised among the 100 Most Influential Africans by New African Magazine (2019) and the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) in 2022, she was featured in the Institute of Chartered Accountants CA Magazine in 2024.
