Dr. Ferroni, an expert on international agriculture and sustainability, joined the Syngenta Foundation as Executive Director in 2008. He had previously worked for the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank and the Swiss government. Ferroni holds an Agricultural Economics Doctorate from Cornell. A Swiss national, he is married with two children.
