Biography
Marieke Rodenhuis worked at various development organizations before joining the Postcode Lottery Group in 2016, where she is now Head of Charities for the Dutch Postcode Lottery, based in Amsterdam. The Postcode Lottery Group is an international organization driven by a social purpose, combining business with ideals. Its purpose is to set up and operate charity lotteries globally, raising as much funding as possible to support initiatives working for a healthier, fairer, greener world – from local grassroots charities to large international NGOs. Thanks to over 12 million players in 5 European countries more than 14 billion euros have been raised for charities and good causes since its inception! With this, the Postcode Lottery Group is one of the largest private donors in the world. With a strong commitment to long-term and unrestricted funding, the lottery’s charity partners have the freedom to use funding where it is needed most, enabling them to achieve maximum positive impact.
