Massi brings over 20 years of experience in public, private, and global health. He joined Touch Health in 2012, spending six years in Tanzania leading programs. Since 2022, Massi has served as CEO, after transitioning from Executive Director. Prior to Touch Health, he was a Senior Manager at McKinsey & Co., advising clients across Europe, the U.S., South America, and the Middle East on health system reforms, healthcare financing, and organizational performance. His work also included strategy and process optimization for private healthcare sectors. Massi holds an Executive MSc in Health Economics, Policy, and Management from the London School of Economics, a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan.
