Meeghan Zahorsky Paul

Biography

As Rippleworks' Chief of Staff, Meeghan focuses on both internal and external strategic initiatives in partnership with the CEO and Leadership Team. She has over 14 years of leadership experience building innovative solutions for impact measurement, program implementation and strategy, constantly seeking to better allocate resources to high-impact organizations. Prior to returning to the United States in 2021, Meeghan spent a decade living and working in Asia and East Africa where she had the opportunity to lead global teams and work in collaboration with government agencies, funders and implementing organizations. She currently lives in Washington, DC with her husband and very fluffy rescue dog.
