Biography

Mekin identifies himself as a curious learner and ambitious problem solver.

Mekin started Udhyam Learning Foundation in 2017 with a vision of democratising entrepreneurship.

Udhyam works with 10 state governments in India, to assist them in building and operationalising a curriculum focused on entrepreneurial Mindsets like Independence, Grit, Self-Awareness along with 21st century skills.

Mekin also co-founded GAME(Global Alliance of Mass Entrepreneurship). - which works towards creating an environment and interventions for enabling successful mass entrepreneurship

An engineer by education, Mekin has had entrepreneurial roles throughout his career. Notably he joined Flipkart - in 2009, to head technology; after having built a strong technology foundation and a great team, he moved on to running two new businesses before finally heading their HR for his last 2 years at Flipkart.

Mekin deeply cares about people succeeding in life. Udhyam is his commitment to see a massive number of people achieve their potential. He is an Angel Investor, Advisor & Board member mostly in organisation dealing with Learning & People.
