Biography
Meredith Blair Pearlman serves as the Director of Evaluation and Learning at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation in December 2012, Meredith lead the evaluation and learning at Humanity United. Meredith brings experience implementing programs and developing internal and external reporting, monitoring, and evaluation processes to improve organizational learning. Meredith holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Washington’s Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs. She began her career in international development and assessment as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana.
