Prior to her tenure at Build Change, Monica led the implementation of democracy and governance programs across 15 countries, driving policy reforms toward fostering inclusive, sustainable, and just societies at various levels, from grassroots initiatives to nationwide legislation on issues including environmental protection to corruption to women's political participation.
