Monica Sodre

Biography

Mônica is Meridiana’s Executive Director. She has an extensive background in political science, working as a professor, researcher, columnist, interviewer, advisor, and executive director. She led the Political Action Network for Sustainability (RAPS) for six years. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Political Science from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of São Paulo (USP), and a specialization from Columbia Global Centers, affiliated with Columbia University in New York. She is a Senior Fellow at the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI).
