Morgan leads OneSky's work to bring quality ECD interventions to low resourced communities in Asia through the training of teachers and caregivers and provisions of technical support to governments. OneSky's work in China, Vietnam and Mongolia has directly benefitted more the 400,000 children and the organization is refining their model so that it can support communities in additional countries in Asia soon. Before joining OneSky, Morgan worked on both formal and informal education projects in Asia, Africa and South America.
