Biography
Nancy leads the knowledge management at The Wellbeing Project, a role in which she sources and creates knowledge from within the Project and its network organisations and shares the tools, resources and best practices with the larger community to foster individual, organisational, and community wellbeing in the social change sector.
Before transitioning to the development sector, Nancy spent a decade in management consulting firms including McKinsey, Deloitte, and Egon Zehnder conducting research, managing large scale projects, and writing papers on leadership and organisation behaviour. She is a graduate from Indian School of Development Management.
She is passionate about youth development and her vision is to catalyse self-leadership in youth that enables them to thrive in the 21 century.
