Nancy Reynolds is an individual philanthropist with a background in healthcare who supports locally led organizations, especially those increasing access to healthcare in LMICs. She also focuses on equality and equity for women and girls, as well as maternal and child health.
Nancy is the Chair of Health Builders and has supported this NGO’s transition from foreign-led to locally-led. From this experience, she is acutely aware of the power and effectiveness of local leaders, and the innovation, responsiveness, and lessons learned from them. She is a Board member of the Network of Engaged International Donors (NEID). Nancy also leads a group of 45 individual philanthropists, corporate and family foundations, and stakeholders in promoting the agenda of localization.
Nancy is the past Chair of YPO’s Rwanda Action Forum, which worked with the Government of Rwanda on business investment and development, and organized social impact trips to Rwanda for YPO members and families.
