Biography
I am currently the Deputy Director for the Sceince and Technology at Ghana’s Ministry for Science and Technology. As a Development Planner and Economist by training, I started my career as an Assistant Development Planning Officer at a Municipal Assembly; a local authority in Accra, Ghana where I worked on the development plans of the District, coordinated projects and procurement. I moved to the Regional Coordinating Council in 2016 where I worked in the Regional Planning Coordinating Unit for two and half years conducting Monitoring and evaluation of District Assemblies in the greater Accra region. I also served as the recorder for the Tender Review Committee and participated in the implementation of major infrastructure projects in Accra. In the year 2018, I moved to the Ministry of Environment, Science Technology and Innovation where I have been working on innovation policy, coordinating the innovation and startups ecosystem and representing the ministry on international events.
