Neo Hutiri is an engineer turned social entrepreneur by choice, driven by a desire for social impact at scale. He is the Founder & Managing Director Pelebox - Technovera, a hybrid social venture building inclusive, practical technology for public healthcare.
Pelebox created the Smart Dispensing Locker System so patients can collect repeat chronic medication in under 30 seconds, replacing hours in clinic queues and reducing congestion for clinic teams. To date, Pelebox has enabled 1.7 million-plus medication parcel collections across 123 communities in South Africa, Botswana and Namibia.
Neo’s work blends product innovation, field operations and health system partnership to strengthen last-mile delivery, build resilient ops models, and translate innovation into measurable health outcomes.
At Skoll, he is keen to connect with funders and doers interested in expanding health access, strengthening impact evidence, and embedding patient-centred dispensing in public systems.
