Nidhi Sahni is a partner and head of Bridgespan's US Region and Advisory Services based in New York. She is also a leader of Bridgespan’s work on gender equity globally. She has worked on social issues across South Asia, Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the United States. Nidhi has partnered with nonprofits such as Educate Girls, Camfed, Malala Fund, Lend A Hand India, and BRAC. Additionally, she has worked with institutional, individual, and family philanthropies in the US and globally such as The Ford Foundation, CIFF, Rockefeller Foundation, Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives, and a number of high net-worth individuals. She has also led Bridgespan’s work with donor collaboratives like Co-Impact and The Audacious Project. She is a thought leader on issues related to Gender Equity and trends and models in philanthropy.
