Biography

I am passionate about pushing boundaries and creating pathways for people to take charge of their lives and aspirations. Over the last five years, I’ve co-founded the Women’s Enterprise Support System, enabling over 100,000 women in low-income communities to pool resources and build community-owned businesses.

Currently, I am a founding team member of Thinking Spree, a new-age consulting model offering agile and actionable strategies for startups. Every day, I engage with two new startup founders—understanding their vision, navigating challenges, and helping them unlock growth.

With a decade-long career across management consulting, fintech, and social enterprise acceleration, I bring an interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving. I’ve worked with PwC India, Paytm, and SEWA, and now focus on rethinking scale, strategy, and impact for changemakers.
