Kayode Ajayi is a Marine Engineering graduate who has established a remarkable career in international operations and strategic leadership in healthcare logistics. After earning a degree in marine engineering, Kayode quickly demonstrated a keen aptitude for navigating complex terrains and fostering operational excellence.

In the early stages of his career in the health sector, Kayode successfully set up operations in Nigeria, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and The Gambia. Through strategic planning and innovative problem-solving, he played a pivotal role in expanding Riders for Health’s footprint across these regions, contributing significantly to their stability and infrastructural development.

In 2015, Kayode was promoted to oversee global standards, a role that involved ensuring the highest levels of operational efficiency and compliance across all African operations. Under his leadership, the organization achieved new benchmarks in quality and sustainability.
