Biography

Pankaj Vinayak Sharma has built Transform Schools ground up, with a strong board, advisors and a skilled leadership team. Since 2019, Transform has worked in eight states of India along with affiliates in New Delhi and London and has impacted 9.7 million children. He has 25 years of leadership experience in international development, spanning Education, Health, HIV/AIDS, Livelihoods, Child Rights, and Humanitarian Assistance. His expertise lies in strategic oversight, programme development, resource mobilisation, partnership development, and advocacy. Pankaj holds an Honours Degree and a Master's in Social Work . Passionate about realising child rights, Pankaj is dedicated to creating better life outcomes for children through education and transformative systemic change.
