Biography
Parnasha leads Dasra’s efforts on inclusive sanitation and climate intersectionality, working with 100+ NGOs, funders, and intermediaries to drive ecosystem outcomes for vulnerable communities in climate and WSH in India. She has shaped strategic priorities, influenced national and state policies, and expanded Dasra’s footprint to South Asia. She was also key in establishing Dasra’s Climate program with a strong civil society and philanthropic base.
With 10+ years in the development sector, she has worked with WWF India and Safe Water Network. At WWF India, she helped 200+ farmers in Uttar Pradesh adopt climate-adaptive agriculture.
Parnasha holds a B.Sc. from Miranda House, Delhi University, and a Master’s in Policy & Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She also completed an Executive Education course in Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management from Harvard Business School.
