Biography

Pascale joined Cartier in July 2013 to launch Cartier Philanthropy, a grant-making foundation committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities around the world. She later launched Cartier for Nature to address the biodiversity crisis and contribute to preserving and restoring nature’s critical ecosystems. Under her leadership, the foundation has invested some CHF 156M to support impact-driven non-profit organisations operating in over 30 countries.
Pascale’s two decades' work in humanitarian and development efforts proved an invaluable background for her work in philanthropy. She lived in Somalia, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Haiti, US, Italy, France.
In her years at Cartier Philanthropy, Pascale and her team have established a data-driven and outcome-oriented approach, focusing on scaling effective interventions for the benefit of people and nature.
