Paula Ellinger

Biography

Paula Ellinger is Director of Social Innovation at Fundación Avina, where she leads the organization’s programmatic strategy and partnerships to advance systemic change across the global south. She previously served as Avina’s Director of Climate Action, contributing to multi-level climate governance and finance for local action. Paula holds a Master’s in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the Universidade de Brasília.
