Phil Cotton

Biography

A graduate of St Andrews and Glasgow, he practiced as a family medicine doctor. An academic in primary care and a professor at Glasgow he went on to become the Principal of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences and then the Vice Chancellor of the University of Rwanda. After a brief spell working with the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program he was appointed as Vice Chancellor of the University of Global health Equity in Rwanda.
