Priya Thuvassery

Biography

An independent filmmaker and television producer from India, Priya has been directing, producing and editing documentary films & television programmes for New Delhi Television, Fox Traveller, CNA, National Human Rights Commission of India, Films Division of India, Public Service Broadcasting Trust & Khabar Lahariya for over a decade now. Previously a board member at the IAWRT India chapter, Priya is a Global Ford Fellow, an Inlaks Take-off grantee and co-founder of the Coral Woman Impact project. She is also recognized as a Canon Cinema EOS Ambassador. Currently, she is a co-CEO at Chambal Media, home to Khabar Lahariya.
