Rachel serves as a Principal at The Patchwork Collective, working directly with grantees and partners, providing funding and support to diverse, community-led organizations that address critical issues in climate justice.

The Patchwork Collective is a family-run philanthropic fund committed to supporting locally-led solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Under Rachel's leadership, the fund backs a variety of innovative programs that are developed in close collaboration with the communities they serve.
