Biography

Ray Dolan’s research focuses on providing a neurobiological characterisation of human emotion and how it interacts with other components of cognition, with an emphasis on decision making. He has published over 400 peer reviewed papers in a 25-year career and is ranked the most cited scientist in the world for Neuroscience and Behaviour (ISI.knowledge.com). In 2010 he was awarded membership of the Royal Society, and is currently an Einstein Visiting Fellow of the Einstein Foundation Berlin.
