Ray Loveridge Research Fellow at Saïd Business School, Professor Emeritus, Aston University, Visiting Professor at Doshisha University, Kyoto, Japan, previously lectured at the London School of Economics, at London Business School and Head of Strategic Management and Technology Policy at Aston. Formerly on the Editorial Board of the British Journal of Industrial Relations, Chief Editor of Human Relations and a trustee and council member of the Tavistock Institute.
