Biography
Robin Miller is a Co-Founder and Partner at Axum, based between Johannesburg and Nairobi. She has nearly two decades of experience across Africa advising governments, investors, and technology leaders on deploying AI, digital infrastructure, and data systems to drive scalable growth. Her work includes national AI strategies, and supporting collaborations such as the East African Community (EAC) AI Alliance and the Africa AI Language Models Initiative.
Previously, Robin was a founding member and Regional Director at Dalberg Africa, where she co-founded the Global Digital & Data Practice, and earlier co-founded Praekelt.org (now Reach Digital Health). She is an African Leadership Institute Archbishop Desmond Tutu Fellow, has served on a World Economic Forum Global Future Council, and was a Senior Fellow at Yale’s Jackson School. She holds a BSc (Honors) from Boston College.
