Rolando Labraña

Biography

My professional experience began in Canada, where I worked on social science research, and later in Chile, where I focused on fisheries management and seafood value chains. More recently, I have worked as a consultant on small-scale fisheries issues, including co-management, seafood supply chains, and domestic market development in Global South countries, collaborating with organizations such as the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership and the United Nations Development Programme. My years of field experience have allowed me to develop a multidisciplinary approach.
