Biography

Rosalind McKenna is a senior consultant in the CEO Office of the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), supporting global advocacy on development and climate finance. Until 2024, she was Special Advisor to the President at Open Society Foundations, supporting external policy priorities. She was previously OSF advisor on Global Advocacy with a focus on development and climate finance, and led engagement with the Global Alliance of Foundations, advancing collaboration on global challenges. Previously, Rosalind was a Team Manager in health financing in OSF’s Public Health Program.

Before joining OSF in 2014, Rosalind was Coordinator of Amnesty International Ireland's program on economic, social and cultural rights. A graduate of the University of Glasgow and National University of Ireland, Rosalind has worked for a UK Member of Parliament and the Scottish Courts Service. She is a member of the European Board of Global Citizen, and the Advisory Board of E & K Consulting, Kenya.
