Biography
Rosemary W. Mburu MPH, MBA is a public health policy and advocacy expert with over two decades of experience working towards improved health outcomes. She is the Executive Director for WACI Health, an African civil society organization on global health advocacy. Ms. Mburu has served in various roles including the National Steering Committee for the Kenya HIV Sustainability Operational Plan; Kenya National Steering Committee on Zero Malaria Campaign Coalition; Civil Society Policy Forum of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund; Universal Health Coverage 2030 Steering Committee; Hiroshima G7 Global Health Task Force; and the Lancet Commission on a synergistic approach to Universal Health Coverage, health security, and health promotion. Her research and policy analysis work has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications. She is the founder of Nuggets of Life, whose mission is to build strong minds, character, and communities through mentorship and leader.
