Biography
Rosieda Shabodien founded The Actualize and Success Lab and is the author of What Women Want Coaches to Know: A Gender-Intelligent Coaching Approach. She holds an MPhil in Management Coaching, an Associate Coaching Certificate, and a BSc in Physiotherapy.
She is a lifelong advocate for gender equity and social justice. Rosieda has served as a Gender Commissioner on South Africa’s Commission for Gender Equality, Director of various NPOs, and Program Manager of the World for All Foundation.
Her coaching approach challenges the gender status quo, empowering women to overcome biases and redefine success on their own terms. Through transformative coaching, she inspires bold action among NPO leaders, academics, social entrepreneurs, and writers.
She is considered a thought leader and has authored articles, delivered keynote addresses, presented at conferences, and led women’s leadership training, shaping conversations on the advancement of women in leadership.
