Sergio Pancorbo

Biography

Sergio Pancorbo is a consultant and systems practitioner working at the intersection of social entrepreneurship, sustainable development, and Amazonian value chains. He focuses on designing and scaling inclusive bioeconomy value chains that align conservation, community livelihoods, and market incentives, drawing on behavioral economics, social sciences, and systems thinking.

Previously, he worked in design and technology consulting across financial inclusion, migration, emergency response, health, and education, and was associated with the IFC – International Finance Corporation. From 2017 to 2020, he led the Digital Services Department of the Peruvian Government.

He holds degrees from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, IESE Business School, and the Harvard Kennedy School.
