Sharon Schneider

Biography

With 25 years of experience across entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and impact investing, Sharon Schneider is the founder of Integrated Capital Strategies, LLC, a consulting firm that helps founders and family offices create positive social change. Schneider previously served as the Executive Director of the Telluray Foundation, whose founders are Giving Pledge signatories. She was the founding Director of the Walton Personal Philanthropy Group, which serves the descendants of Sam and Helen Walton. Early in her career, she was Philanthropic Director (and previously head of Private Client Services) at Foundation Source, where she helped grow the firm from a few dozen private foundations to more than 1,000. Schneider has been named a Colorado Governor's Fellow, a "Who's Who in Impact Investing," a "Top 100 Innovator" by the Chicago Tribune, and is a Fellow of the 2024 class of the Aspen Institute's Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
