Sharyanne McSwain

Biography

Sharyanne McSwain is Echoing Green’s Chief Operating Officer. She joined the organization with more than 30 years of financial services and business operations experience.

At Echoing Green, Sharyanne oversees all aspects of the organization’s internal management and administrative systems supporting the Finance, Operations, Communications, Human Resources, and Programs teams.

Prior to Echoing Green, Sharyanne served as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at StoryCorps. She also had a successful career in international financial services and business operations working over 30 years on investment banking teams in New York, Japan, and France.

Sharyanne received an MBA from INSEAD in France and received a BA in Urban Studies from Mount Holyoke College. She also serves on the board of several nonprofits, including Airbnb.org and Aide et Actions. Sharyanne lives in Brooklyn where she spends her free time tending her roof garden and collecting art.
