I'm the Executive Director of Voice of the Free - VF Foundation, Inc. A seasoned management expert and a seasoned social worker. I've been with Voice of the Free for 19 years already.
An expert in private and public sector partnership, built and
manages the first ever anti-human trafficking taskforce in Zamboanga City in
partnership with the Bureau of Immigration, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Philippine Ports Authority, Law Enforcement Agencies and local government unit.
I'm also part of the Training Team of Sea-based and Air-based Anti-Trafficking Taskforces in Zamboanga City, headed by the Department of Justice.
I served as a resource person on Human Trafficking of Children during the
International Children’s Trust Conference and Annual General Meeting, London;
Facilitated and help organized International Field Exchange, Lima Peru,
Hongkong and United States.
