Siven is the Executive Lead: Youth Livelihoods & Early Childhood Development at Yellowwoods Social Investments in South Africa. He is responsible for the design of social impact initiatives that can deliver significant and enduring positive change.
He was part of the incubation teams of Harambee, a youth employment accelerator, SmartStart, a mass delivery platform for early learning, IMBE, an ECD micro-enterprise solutions hub and PILO, a school improvement initiative.
He was a co-founder of Converse Consulting and Management Services, where he designed numerous behaviour change interventions.
He previously worked as a behaviour change consultant, radio and TV broadcast manager, adult educator and zoologist.
He serves on the boards of the South African Institute for Distance Education (SAIDE), IMBE, a micro-enterprise solutions hub.
He has a B.Sc [Hon] from UKZN
