Biography

Sopheap serves as Chief People Officer at Digital Divide Data (DDD), a global social enterprise that supports underserved youth by bridging the critical gap from learning to earning, equipping them with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in today’s technology-driven world. To strengthen its impact on youth, DDD empowers organizations with high-quality and highly scalable AI and ML operations and data conversion services. For over 20 years, more than 13,000 youth across Cambodia, Laos, and Kenya have transitioned from education to meaningful employment through employability training and employment programs. As CPO, she supports the workforce of around 1700 people in Asia and East Africa.

Sopheap worked her way up through the rank from very entry level to one of the top executive leadership teams at DDD as a proven success story of DDD’s social-driven business.

Sopheap holds a Master of International Management from Portland State University, USA.
