Stephanie Rapp

Biography

Stephanie Rapp leads resource mobilization for the Panzi Hospital & Foundation, which provides holistic care to survivors of sexual violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She has more than 12 years of experience in global development and non-profit management across various countries, including the DRC, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Haiti, Rwanda, and the United States. Prior to joining Panzi in 2024, she worked for global health organizations including Muso Health, Jhpiego, and Midwives for Haiti. She has a MA in Intercultural Service, Leadership and Management from SIT Graduate Institute.
