In her role as Associate Director, Portfolio & Investments at Skoll, Tanya works to identify and select opportunities to mitigate climate change by helping indigenous people and local communities secure their land rights and by realizing the potential of tropical forests. She is driven by a desire to shift existing power structures and elevate those on the front lines of social change. In her free time, she enjoys getting lost abroad or in a book and sharing time and food with friends and family. Tanya is based in Oakland, California.
