I further believe that founders — whether they are founders of for-profits, founders of social impact organizations, or founders of movements — are uniquely positioned to rise to meet the most vexing challenges we face.

As the co-founder of Rugged Elegance, I am dedicated to work with founders from all backgrounds to scale their impact twelve-fold. With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and systems thinker, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that founders face in the ecosystems in which they operate.

Our mission is to empower founders to clarify their purpose and catalyze their access to vital forms of capital — social, political, cultural, intellectual, financial, and soulful.
