Biography

A 30-year Kimberly-Clark veteran, Thomas J. Falk is the architect of the company's Global Business Plan, which is positioning Kimberly-Clark to lead the world in essentials for a better life. He was elected chief executive officer in 2002 and chairman of the Board in 2003. He is one of only eight CEOs in the history of our company. At Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Falk has held positions of increasing responsibility and authority. Since being appointed CEO in 2002 and chairman in 2003, Mr. Falk has led Kimberly-Clark through Global Business Plans designed to increase the company's sales and profitability. Under his leadership, Kimberly-Clark has grown sales to $21.2 billion in 2013. Kimberly-Clark has approximately 57,000 employees worldwide and operations in 35 countries.
